Looking for some Cleveland help

We'll be spending about 9 days in Cleveland in a few weeks and would love some info. We're going to be right in the downtown area, by the Q arena. Unfortunately, we won't have a lot of time for sightseeing, but food is always a priority. I would like any information you might have on a local grocery delivery service. We're in a hotel and no car, but we'll have a fridge and I do like having some things on hand for the kids. Also, any good places to eat within walking distance of the Q? I understand that we're right alongside a large mall which has restaurants and a food court. If it helps, we're looking for pretty casual, pub or lounge food. Anything open late night would be helpful as well. For my son and DH, any chance there's a Starbucks close by?

I don't know if it's still there, but DH and I ate at a great restaurant called the Chophouse. Awesome!
