Looking for Reviews of Catal

I have eaten at almost every restaurant on Disney property at one time or another, except for Catal at DTD. I think I would like to try it for my bithday next week (Napa Rose was deemed to expensive) but I am a bit hesitant for some reason. I have had appetizers at the Uva bar, and they were quite good, so I really don't know what my hang up is. Could those of you that have eaten there share your experiences with me? Or if you have another suggestion that I might not have thought of I would be glad to hear that as well. Our party consists of four adults who are reasonably adventurous eaters. Thanks!

I have not eaten at Catal but I've heard pretty good things about their food. You might want to read Cindy Stephens' reviews on her Disneyland Dining website - http://www.colddeadfish.net/dlrdining.html - for some first-hand experiences.
