Looking for restaurant suggestions...

We are looking to try some new restaurants for dinner. We generally stay off property and extend our vacation a few days at a Disney property, so we have not had the opportunity or need to try many. I looking for suggestions that are rated well and no buffets please. We are a party if 8 with children ranging from 4-7. My husband and I will also be planning a dinner for our Anniversary. Possibly a night in Epcot... What's your favorite?

So far we've been to the following for dinner:
Be Our Guest
La Hacienda de San Angel
Ohana
Raglan Road
T-Rex

My husband and I have eaten at many WDW restuarants. Some of our favorites are..

MK: Liberty Tree Tavern and the Plaza
Epcot: Via Napoli, Le Cellier
DHS: 50's Prime Time
AK: Yak n Yeti, Tusker House (but this is a buffet)

Resorts:
Grand Floridian we love Citricos, Contemporary CA Grill, Boardwalk Flying Fish and Yachtsman at the Yacht Club (these are all signatures)

Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge is good and can be fun.

Love the Hoop dee doo Review at Fort Wilderness (a dinner show)
