Looking for recipes that can be frozen...

Hi All,
A friend of mine recently had a premature baby and I wanted to make a dish that I could freeze for her to make whenever she wanted. I've looked through some casseroles on some of the online recipes sites and I haven't seen anything too exciting. Can anyone recommend any good recipes to help out a new mom??? I know you'll all be able to help me out.
