Looking for Quick and Cheep Travel from MCO to AKL

Hi all!

We are using DME for our trip in THREE DAYS!!! (sorry, I'm a little excited), so that's not a problem. I have a friend flying out to meet us mid-way through the vacation, though. She is a single traveler, and just wants a quick and cheep way to get to and from MCO. I suggested Mears, but since we're doing DME, I haven't much researched it. Are there discount codes for a Mears shuttle trip, or perhaps better ways to get to AKL. I know this is really open-eneded, and there are about a zillion ways to do it, but I'd really appreciate some experienced guidance. Thanks!

Although she's going to pay the nightly fee to add a person to our room, I don't know if she is considered a hotel guest when she lands. She won't be on any of our reservation informatioin. We're just going to add her when she get's in... So, I think that makes DME unusable...

Well Mears is no longer doing the transport. I think I would call Disney and see about DME, I think it will work... you can always add her now. Your only other options are town cars and taxis and the "cheap" qualifier doesn't apply for either of those.

There were two "Mears" passengers on my DME bus. They paid Mears and were transported on a DME bus. One was a guest at CSR that had to return a rental car to the airport and then return to CSR. DME told him he had to pay, since the trip wasn't on his departure date. The other was an incoming passenger that lives in the Orlando area and wanted to take a bus to AKL to make it easier for a relative to pick her up.

There isn't enough time to get luggage tags but if you add her to your reservation she should be able to use DME for free otherwise she can just pay at the Mears desk.
