Looking for pirate disney shirts with name

We are going to do the pirate league when we go for my son's Make a wish trip. We are looking for pirate attire to bring so we don't have to buy it!!! Any suggestions. We need them for Kade and Jackson.

Hey Josh,
here is an idea:
you can print one of the designs on a t-shirt and then fray the sleeves with scissors..... and get some old jeans and fray the bottoms with the scissors!
