Looking for Pillow at Port Orleans Riverside

I have been looking for a pillow I used at POR in September 2011 at Acadian House in a refurbed room. The pillow I liked was manufactured by Downlite but didn't have a model number on the tag, so I contacted the company and they told me it was their Cluster Puff pillow. After I received it, I found that the Cluster Puff felt like down alternative, whereas the pillow I actually used at POR was very firm and springy - definitely not down/down alternative.

So I then looked at the Disney Resort Collection website and the description for their Magic Gel pillow seems like it might be similar to the one I used at POR. However, when I called POR, they said they actually use the down alternative Ultra Rest pillows. That doesn't sound like what I need - I like to sleep on my side so I need a tall pillow.

If anyone has tried the Magic Gel pillows, can you tell me if they are thick and firm? Or if you have any recommendations for side sleeper pillows, I would appreciate it!

I hope once the refurb is done at POR all of the rooms will have better pillows. The ones in our room were horrible this last stay. (As are most hotel pillows.)

The magic gel ones remind me of Memory foam mixed with down. I know it probably doesnt make sense but it's what I can tell you. I have the ultra rest one, and i'm a side and back sleeper (just depends on which side my insulin pump is on) It does the trick for me but it reminds me of the brand Fieldcrest at Target. My mom has the Magic Gel one. She says she likes it because it stays cool at night. She's had it for about 7 months, and it hasnt lost its shape. But they're apparently dry clean only. So just a heads up.
