Looking for Phineas and ferb

Can anyone tell me who makes the Phineas and Ferb design with the saying "I know what we are gonna do today" and H.S. in the backround? I know I have seen it in the past, but I have never been able to find it today.

Sorry yes it should have been DHS. There was one I had seen, but I never found it. I don't need it now, after making 60 shirts, 4 bags and all the extra stuff I think I am done.
