Looking for packing tips for split stay

This will be the first time i am splitting my stay between two resorts, (The Poly 5 days and the CR 4 days)
Are there any tips for packing so I don't have a major headache on my hands? Do you keep seperate bags, or not unpack suitcases, etc?
Also, will the resort move my bags over to the CR or should I do it myself?

I have used seperate (clothing) bags for each resort. The personal's ie: brush, tooth brush etc..... I use one & unpack & repack it. I thought is was easier that way.....

Try packing half of your stuff in ziplocs and squeezing the air out of them - that way you'll have a bunch of stuff for the end portion of your stay all set to go, and you don't have to worry about the hassle of un- and re-packing it. if you take a ziploc package out of teh bag you can just throw it back in...
