Looking for Itinerary word or publisher file

In the computer transition my DH lost the word file I always used for our itinerary. I would put all my PS & Conf#'s on this. Each trip I would just change dates etc.

Does anyone have a doc they would care to share?
I would hate to start from scratch.
The original one I used some nice 'Diser' shared with me.
Maybe one with a little color & pictures.
