I pretty much agree with what everyone else has said -- definitely avoid Nemo -- it's cramped, claustrophobic and worst of all, it stinks in there from the BO of so many people being packed together like sardines. I could not get off that ride fast enough.
I really hope you can ride Soarin' -- honestly I skip alot of the DCA rides because they're a little much for me, but Soarin' is probably my favorite. I don't do SSS, Screamin', Goofy -- but I do Soarin' and I do RSR. Jumpin' Jellyfish is no problem at all. It doesn't really go up that high and the "drop" is quite slow and totally controlled. Maybe try doing JJ before you do Soarin' to see if the legs dangling is ok? Keep in mind that Soarin' really just goes up once, slowly, and doesn't have any drops. The actual motion of the ride is very tame. If you get any motion sickness from the IMAX view, it's easily dealt with by closing your eyes. I have alot of issues with motion sickness but I can do Soarin'.
And I definitely agree about avoiding the very back seat of Splash as well. I hate that seat; you can feel every bump on the drop. Ask if you can sit in seat 4 or 5.
