Looking for info on pins possibly from 2001 pin trade event at Epcot

I am not a pin trader, obviously, lol. While planning our 2002 trip I got overexcited and bought many pins on ebay. I put them in the Disney store 100 yrs of dreams pin book and thus did not keep the velvet backings with the pin info. Is there some way to find out if the pins I have are worth reselling on ebay? I am pretty sure I bought several as a set but cannot find any info about them. They have just been sitting on a shelf in my closet and it seems silly to just hang on to them when I'm not a collector. I have the Disney parks with characters, such as Hong Kong Disneyland with Chip and Dale, Disneyland Paris with Daisy, Tokyo Disneyland with Donald Duck, etc.

I tried searching at pinpics and ebay but I can't find a single pin that looks like mine. Perhaps mine were very common and therefore not collectible? I just don't know.

From your description, it sounds like you have the map pins from the 2001 Epcot Event. These were sold all around the World Showcase, (originally) each one in a different country.

Eventually these became available as regular rack pins at many locations all around WDW. I think they may be retired now. At least, I do not recall seeing them on the racks anywhere on our last trip in January.

Try the link provided by Epcotfan, then use the Search feature (from the left hand toolbar), and narrow your search to WDW. Try <i>Epcot Event Map 2001</i> as the search term and you may have some luck.
