Looking for Ideas for Chinese Auction- Company Donations

Maybe those who are offended by the term never win anything at Chinese auctions .

THAT MAKES SENSE TO ME! So much so that I will do a Irish Jig!

Our school renamed ours to "Theme Tray Auction" to not offend anyone. I have also heard them referred to as "Lucky Number Auction". Autograph footballs or hockey sticks bring in good money!!!

I've never heard of these things being called a Chinese auction. I can understand that some people would be offended.
In light of that, here are some of the things I HAVE heard them called:
Teacup auction - the auction bids were placed in teacups
Silent Auction
Tricky Tray Auction
