Looking for feedback on Memorial Day and week plans

Hi everyone, we are heading to DW Sat. May 25-June 1. We plan on starting our vacation that Sunday. I've seen a crowd calendar predicting that Sunday will be bad at MK. There is a ticketed event that morning and they are extending hours until 11. Does that portend a huge crowd? We usually start out there but I'm thinking of making a change. Here are our tentative plans:
Sun- Epcot- Is this a good idea? Will there be a lot of people drinking or do they do that at Flower and Garden?
Mon- Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom
Tues- Magic Kingdom
Wed- off/shopping
Thurs- Magic Kingdom - not in love with doing MK so close together or not going the first day.
Fri- Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom

So, what do you think? Any suggestions or feedback about Sunday before Memorial Day MK crowds?

The ticketed event is early morning magic, just a couple hundred people, so the morning might not be awful.

Weekends are crowded, no matter how you slice it. Holiday weekends are also crowded.

I don't think flower and garden is the booze fest that food and wine is...but it's a weekend at epcot, the afternoons are likely to be crowded.

It will be crowded no matter where you go. Some southern schools are out then and it's a holiday weekend/week.

Epcot FG or FWF are always more crowded on the weekends. The drunks are more numerous as the day goes on. We try to hit the food booths when they open at 11:00am.

Sunday at EP might be busier since Monday is a holiday for a lot of people.
