Hello!

We are heading to WDW next month and I'm trying to figure out how FP+ is going to work best for us. Here is the plan I have for our day at Epcot, along with a few questions. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for me.

This is predicted to be a crowd level 4 day

Arrive for rope drop
Ride Test Track, Sum of All Thrills (probably just 2 of us) and Mission Space
If it is 11am or later, head into World Showcase. If not, check wait time on Spaceship Earth. May also/instead explore Innoventions East or Ellen's Energy ride (but neither is a "must do")
Explore World Showcase from 11-3. We would like to ride Gran Fiesta and Maelstrom during this time. We will wave to Anna and Elsa if we see them but no one is going to stand in line for two hours to do a M&G with them. Hoping they make some adjustments to this M&G before we go as my kids did enjoy their movie.

We have plans to connect with another family that we know will be in Epcot that day. Loose plans are to text each other and meet up for a CS lunch in World Showcase at some point that works for both families. There will be 8 or 9 of us all together - any recommendations for a place that might work well for us given our group size and on the fly plans? No picky eaters in either group so we are up for anything.

We are planning to head back to FW around 3pm. We have FP+ scheduled for Nemo and Turtle Talk. After that we will head to The Land pavilion where we have FP+ for Soarin' from 5-6pm. We would like to ride Living with the Land also but I seem to recall from past visits that it closes early. Is that true? If so, what time does it usually close? We have an ADR at Garden Grill at 6:30 and were hoping to do LWTL right before that or right after dinner if we are running late. Will that be possible?

We are planning to head back to our hotel after dinner, stopping at the Character Spot and Spaceship Earth (if we didn't ride it earlier) on our way out.

Let me know what you think.
Thanks!
Terri

For a group of that size, I think I would do Sunshine Seasons for lunch...lots of tables, lots of variety.

Except they're meeting up in WS.

American Pavillion has the most seating, but not the best food. La Cantina over in Mexico also has lots of seating. Katsura Grill in Japan has both indoor and outdoor, so if it's a nice day, you should be able to find a place to sit.

Thanks - that was my first thought too but neither group will be near The Land at lunchtime. They have Soarin' FP for the morning and ours are at 5pm.

Thanks. I've never been to Katsura Grill so that might be fun. I'll send all three menu links to my friends and see what they think.

I've been doing more research on LWTL and I think it closes at 7 with most of the minor FW attractions. Does anyone know if it ever closes earlier?

Any other feedback for me?

Thanks!
Terri

For lunch, try making adr's at via Napoli. They have large tables that are perfect for 8 or 9 and the pizza is great.
