My husband and I will be spending one night at Wilderness Lodge in December. Looking for a nice date night place to have Dinner. Any recomendations regarding a restuarant at some of the Disney Hotels. We have only eaten at SAANA, Ohuana and Boma. Thanks for all the input in advance. Victoria and Albert's is not an option. Lol!!

Since you're staying at WL, I think Artist Point is a no brainer. It's also one of the more subdued and relaxed Disney restaurants, so it's a good option for an adult date night.

I totally agree with this. 100%. :thumbsup2

I agree, try the restaurants at WL. Or it might be nice to go to the California Grill. It's just a boat ride away.

Thanks for the input! Never been to Wilderness Lodge, so I was open to going to any restuarant. I will look into the Artist Point..thanks!

I would try Artist Point or California Grill or the Wave at CR. Or maybe Grand Floridian Cafe at GF. Or maybe a restaurant at a BW restaurant?

Whispering Canyon is not a "nice date night" dinner destination. It is out in the open to the lobby of WL and is quite loud.

Though WC would be a good breakfast option if you are looking for one.

I agree with AP (not one of my faves, but still good) or GF Cafe (or Narcoossees or Citricos). Also, there's Jiko at AKL (which is one of my faves). Maybe Kona at Poly. Maybe even someplace at Downtown Disney, if you are looking for something to do as well as eat dinner....Fulton's or Wolfgang Puck dining room. And Boardwalk area has a few...Flying Fish, Yachtsman (Yacht Club), Shula's (Dolphin), Kimonos for sushi and karaoke (Swan).

Kona at the Polynesian was the favorite meal for all of us (7 adults) on our last trip. I highly recommend.

Thanks Everyone!! Appreciate all the input. Made reservations for Artist Point and checking out the other restuarants mentioned just to get more familiar with them. Thanks!!

It's a great restaurant in a beautiful resort - make it a resort day and you will not be disappointed.

We too loved Artist Point; both food and atmosphere are very nice!

I would go with California Grill - you can see the fireworks and it's super romantic. Plus you can take the boat to MK and then monorail over which is just fun.

Have to agree with this....we love Artist Point. We love the atmosphere, the food, and the waitstaff. And like the PP mentioned, since you are already staying at WL....it is definitely a no brainer :goodvibes. Enjoy!!!

I would look at any of the restaurants at the GF- Citricos and GFC were both wonderful- food and atmosphere wise! :)

100% agree with the Artist Point suggestions...it's definitely a no brainer if you're staying there!

The Territory Lounge is cool too if you're looking for a pre-dinner drink.
