Yup, Beauty and the Beast is still there and as good as ever! FOTLK is Festival of the Lion King. My alltime fave live show at Disney! Love Nemo too! I don't care for Ariel - I think that one looks kinda cheap. Just my opinion.

Lorrie - can you get titanium? Seriously, check it out - I think it's the new thing that looks as good as stainless (which looks the best with cherry) but doesn't show the prints, easy to clean, etc.

Nemo isn't too long - it's worth it, too. The only problem is that it takes awhile to fill the theater, so your best bet is to get there about 10 minutes before showtime so you don't have to wait too long. I think we sat for like 20 minutes before it started. But that gave me time to make fun of all the people sitting around me, and listening to their comments, etc. C'mon! You know you do it too!

Not as crabby now. Just got off the phone with Disney dining - I got R&C for lunch on Saturday while we're there. So this trip we are doing 3 new places - R&C, Boma, and Kona for breakfast!

Yay on R&C - I had that & changed to Living Seas, but I like the menu there.

PF wanted to know what Boma was like. I said it was all African food - lots of curries, spices and etc. Played up the odd food thing She made that sound that she makes when something is a "no" for her.

Allergy Test News:

Mia is NOT allergic to peanuts or nuts or anything but dustmites and to be honest - so what. That might cause a stuffy nose, but it isn't fatal

He gave me a script for allergy meds, but to be honest, she doesn't have a snotty nose or act like an allergic kid, so I'm not going to treat her unless I see symptoms.

We're testing Nicolas next week. The kid has been on allergy meds since 2. His problem is itching skin, sneezing, etc. It will be nice to see what is the problem. I hate he has to take 2 meds now. Maybe that will change once we discover the problem.

I have my followup this PM. I thought it was funny that the kid's allergist called them the "big dogs". I just love that clinic, but it is too far to drive with two little ones and they aren't extreme enough if you KWIM.

Should I buy a cake pan and try to bake Nicolas' birthday cake (spiderman) or should I just order it at Publix Bakery? They have a cool one that has a building with figures - he likes it. I am thinking I'm artistic enough to do it, but then again, I've never done a decorated cake either.

That's where I told her we'd be on Sunday. Too flippin bad!!! We're doing MK on Friday, Epcot on Saturday, but we're not going to MK on Sunday - too busy! So tough ****!

So I emailed BSIL back and told her they are more than welcome to join us wherever WE are on Sunday. She emails back and says that she'll ask her husband and maybe they can do that. "Entitled" - that is perfect, Lorrie!!! That is her exactly! I will NOT do it!

She acted like I invited her to Kona (which I did not!) and said they couldn't do it b/c they already had their ADR's and don't want to pay out of pocket. Guess they are still crying poor so I'll never get my money, huh?

He's a flippin attorney, as she is so quick to throw out for everyone to hear, and she works full-time, too, but yet they are always hard up for money. They are just idiots. Already complaining because they won't have "babysitters" for this trip. Seriously. Oh, and she made the comment once, "since WE are paying for this trip....." because this is the first time in their life they have paid for a trip. Pathetic.

I dealt with her last year, and I'm not doing it again. We have our plans, they don't have plans. So they can come with us or do their own thing. ENTITLED to first class seats because they have more leg room, etc. I just don't get that. Anywho... I digress. You better not change your plans for her! YOU BETTER NOT! She has no plans. The day she gets up is when she will make them. She'll pick the wrong park. Want to do all the stupid things we know better than doing, so just DON'T CAVE IN!

yes, the cake is for his friend party next weekend. I got the balloon guy/magician, so it should be cute.

Question: If we are going to do the Norway Breakfast at 8:30 - if we wait until after our breakfast to get FP to Soarin for the day, do you think that would be fine? I was reading that they go very fast and usually run out.

Can I say I'm just stoked to say no to Astro Orbiter? I would actually rather ride R&R than that thing. I hate heights.

My day just got worse. Are you ever just mad at everyone? I mean I am so sick of people acting like I don't do anything all day! I mean that is the problem with never getting caught up...people don't think you do enough. My Mom said somethings to ay that bothered me....my kids are little but they don't appreciate me...my hubby is bugging me...it's just a bad day!
The weather is supposed to be better tomorrow and hopefully my mood will be too!

I mean that is the problem with never getting caught up...people don't think you do enough. My Mom said somethings to ay that bothered me....my kids are little but they don't appreciate me...my hubby is bugging me...it's just a bad day!

Debbie, this has been me ALL week so I totally know where you're coming from! And I'm looking to pick a fight. Seriously. It's that kind of mood! Just know that it will pass - that's all I can do now is to avoid everyone so I don't start a big fight.

For instance, last night I took Ally to a different gymnastics class as a makeup for her missed class last week. LOVED this teacher and the class is 1/2 the size of her normal Monday class, so I switched her permanently. This teacher has them doing diving rolls (they run, then dive over this big round rubber "hay bale" looking thing, and land in a forward roll on the mat on the other side. My girl was just flying over this thing!!!!! The other parents are like, "who's the new girl?" It made my smile..... And in this class, she actually has them doing the back handsprings with just her spotting, so they're really starting to pick up the pace. But this one mother and father bugged the crap out of me all night! They had two kids in classes - one in Ally's class and one younger. Every time their kid would do something, they would go "yea!!!!" and clap their hands real fast in that way you do to encourage a baby, kwim? So the kid would get all distracted! It drove me insane!

Then there's another mother who kept walking into the gym, through the door clearly marked "no parents allowed in gym under any circumstances" just to tease and harass the teacher. Again, drove me nuts!

So I just sat at the back, read my book, and cringed every time these stupid people opened their mouths!

So, Debbie, I feel your pain!

Hey guys. I'm back from my BFs house. I had to go calm her down & keep her from kicking her neighbors butt. That serious. She let her son (8 yrs old) go over to the neighbors. They let the boys use the computer. The neighbors 10 yr old takes them to some VERY GRAPHIC websites. Think videos of things that you'd rather a 16 year old not be aware of. So BFs son tells her he saw that last week. She went to the site. All I can say is . I wasn't as alarmed until I saw it today too. So she confronts the mom of the boy who just "boys will be boy's" attitude really got to my BF. She is . Just so a bad day.

I'm mind numb. Sorry. That just took all my energy today. Hope you all are feeling better.

I'm edgy too. You guys must have rubbed off on me. Or maybe it is the prednisone still in my system. So get this, I go to the dr yesterday and we discuss my blood pressure being 152/102 when it normally runs around 120/76 (the high reading is the side effect from the drug that I took what - 2/3 weeks ago!) Anyway, i talked about my face still breaking out from it and the fact that the scale weighed me in almost 17 lbs heavier!

So the dr said - no biggie. 2 rounds of prednisone and only 17 lbs - you did good. WTH is that about? Seriously? She told me there was no physical way to not gain weight while on it. Um... excuse me... why wasn't I told that before? So I called her out on it. She told me if they TOLD patients how common the side effects were and how severe they were that the patients wouldn't take the med.

I just wanted to say "No S**T!" I'm big into participative health care and I feel so misled. It REALLY made me ill. Carlos said ... she's right. I wouldn't have taken a med I needed to if I had known. Well I SHOULD HAVE THAT CHOICE.

I'm still pissy about it.
