DH leaves tonight for a weekend golf outing. I know it annoys my parents that he does these things away from the family so much but it doesn't bother me. My P's have been together 24/7 since the day they got married over 40 years ago. They like it. That's there thing, I actually envy it but my marriage is different. DH doesn't get all over my about my WDW obsession and I let him do his thing. I don't really want to get away with out the kids yet so I don't care that I don't do it myself. Plus, when he's away I still hang with my P's....
Does that make sense?

I TOTALLY get it! We're exactly the same. I think it's something in a woman's make up (and I don't mean Maybelline!) - I hate to go away without DD, even though I complain all the time about not having any "ME" time. Yet, DH can do a couple days no problem. The one time he was gone a whole week, it was really tough on him though, and then when he moved to FL before we did, there were two weekends that he couldn't come home so it was like 12 days away. I know that was tough. But I'm very independent, so I like a little time without him. Hope that didn't sound too mean!

The bad thing is we DO lack alone time with just each other... I guess that will change as the kids get older....

Again, we're the same way. We used to use DH's parents on occasion to watch DD overnight, but now that we're in foreign territory, we don't have that luxury yet. Hopefully we'll be able to do it soon though.

Cammie...how about LOST! Yikes..More confused as ever...but someone on the spoilers thread did point out that Jack's Dad was under the smoke detecter going off! I didn't even think of that but get it....he could be "the black smoke"

No, I don't think he was - he was sitting down on a couch. Jack had to climb up on a counter to stop the smoke detector from going off. When he got down, he looked over in the lounge area and his dad was sitting there. What's that other person talking about?

Cammie - when I made our ADRs I used the 2007 hours and only one day ended up changing because of P&PP I think. But you could probably tentatively map it out that way, and then tweak it when the "official" hours come out. Actually, I think all mine were the same until about a month ago a couple got changed by Disney.

Yes, I saw Jack's dad in his office. That was the visitor that Hurley told him about - message from Charlie. What the heck? I think Jack and Claire are going to find out that they're half brother/sister while they're still on the island. That would explain why Jack didn't want anything to do with Aaron right after Kate's trial..... So I don't think Claire is out of the picture yet......

OK, y'all are gonna love this! My sil just emailed me to ask if we were bringing our camcorder. I said yes but we don't use it that much - we've already filmed all the shows so we just film a little bit. She said, are you ready for this? OK, so she said, seriously, this is gonna send you to the floor! She said, "maybe we'll just let you film for us because we don't have room in the car for our camcorder." WTH???? A) How large is their camcorder? But the bigger question is B) how large is this jogging stroller they are bringing??? They have a Jeep Cherokee and two kids (9 months and 4). What in the world are they bringing????

Oh, and she said they're bringing their suits so maybe we can go to the pool Saturday evening. Uh, NO! We only get 12 guest passes each year, then it's $3 per person on weekdays and $5 per person on weekends. Don't think that will charged to our account - that would be $30 for them to go to the pool for an hour!

I just about fell out of my chair!!!!! I showed it to DH cause he's officially on vacation now, heading to the golf course now. Tooooo funny. We're still scratching our heads (hopefully no lice! ) trying to figure out how you can't fit a camcorder!!!

DH would kill me!!! But he's in trouble already - remember Mr. I Have Enough Shorts? Well, he has to do laundry tonight because ALL of his shorts are packed and he needed a pair to go golfing! Men!!!!
