Renee - OK, this entire post just made me laugh out loud!!!! And seriously, do not count out Splash Mtn - it's way more than just a water ride. The animation inside the mountain is awesome! See if you can find it on you tube - it's like Pirates, and Small World all through the moutain before and after the drop (which looks much bigger than it is - we're even taking FIL on that one and he has fused vertebrae in his neck so he can't take any jarring or wild rides). My sis and her family missed it on both their last trips because they thought it was just a thrill ride (and it's not that big of a drop, really). But you will get a little wet!

Cracked me up too. Especially the Dinglebell. Too funny! He's so excited to go play "ring around the rosie" there.

THanks for the tip about the sunscreen. Yep, got it planned. Do I need to take one of those mister fans for DS? I am thinking normal highs are 83ish. I have one here, but it is kinda big (size of a small windex bottle)

Not a stupid question at all because I asked it about a month ago! Hit the button at the bottom right of the posts you want to quote (looks like " marks), then hit reply at the bottom left of the page and each post you want to quote will pop up!

I had one a couple of years ago, then she broke her arm and didn't come back. I only have time to surface clean, and then once in a while I pull something out and clean behind it, and then that whole room gets done because I get so disgusted! Nice, huh? Having the little ones and the dog here with not much help from DDIL or DS is part of the problem here.

I want some sunshine, too! I would love to sit out in the sun! Good reminder about the sunscreen!

The talk of a cleaning lady make me want one too. That unfortunately is not in the budget. I'd have to go back to work full time for that one. Just can't do it. I'll live in my clutter. BTW did you see Oprah yesteraday--they had an EXTREMELY cluttered and dirty house on that she changed into a palace. Makes me think mine isn't too bad.

Off to volunteer at school and then to the gym my summer/WDW clothes are going to fit. I'm have to make them.

I had mine in my siggy; then had to remove it for a little while to fit some other things. (my house is cluttererd too - didn't need my DIS siggy to be cluttered also! )

IMHO, the cleaning lady coming every two weeks forced me to keep things cleaner. It was like, I was embarrised for her to come, so I did more! Nice to know where my priorities are, huh? DH, DD, DS - they'll be alright, but that cleaning lady, I had better clean up for!

And I second the sunscreen info. I'm 32 and have fair skin. I didn't know what sunscreen was until my 20's. As a nice result, I've had several spots removed, one of which came back melanoma. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILDREN. There are spray sunscreens now that work so well. Don't forget your face and lips too!!!!

DS is watching Lilo and Stitch and completely freaking out. Doesn't really deal well with the "scary" parts aka- the experiments! Maybe I should keep our rides tame.

Debbie told me to "steal" the pink mickey from her siggie but I never got it to work. I sware, not having much luck on this stuff, but I did figure out how to get the tickers side by side on the first try! Scary that I started out as a computer programer in college!

I found out today my SIL is having a girl! Good for me, and bad for me. She REALLY wanted a boy, so I have saved every stitch of clothes from DS, who now wears a size 6 clothes and a size 2 shoe. All the toys, bibs, blankets, EVERYTHING! SO, I guess I will learn Ebay now. At least I can give her DD things. There won't be too much of a gap for her since DD is only 5th percentile in weight. Her's is due in Aug so they should be fairly close in sizes/seasons. YAY! Now, on to how to get rid of all this stuff. I have 22 boxes (good size boxes) of stuff to get rid of -and that is just the clothes - not the toys!!!!!!

Used Desitin on DD last night, at 2 mo she had a reaction to it, but they thought it was a yeast diaper rash instead, but in my heart thought it was Desitin. SO, I used it last night guess what, red all over where I put it. Ped said it looked like yeast again since it was so red with defined boarders. To try Lotramin. I told him that I thought it was the diaper creame. Last night I used the Butt Paste which has lower Zinc Oxide, which I think is the problem. I put hydrocortizone on it, and it looks better (for those of you who haven't dealt with yeast, this is a steroid and if it was yeast it would make it spread like crazy). SO, now I feel horrible because at two months she had skin peeling off her bottom for a month because I was treating her with the Lotramin like dr said. I should have followed my gut because this is the same rash to the T and it looks so much better with just 4 hours of treatment with the hydrocort and a Aquafor/Coal Tar mix. I rasied my opinion then and dr said he didn't think that was it, nor did DH. I should have pushed. Hind sight.

Renee - When you hit the ' " ' button in the rt.hand corner, it should turn red; just hit that button on every post that you want to quote and then hit post reply. When your screen comes up for you to type your own message, you'll see all the quoted messages first; just go through them and delete the parts you don't want to quote. Just remember to make sure you end each quoted statement with the [/QUOTE]. (Is your head spinning yet?)

Sorry about the baby's bottom - OUCH! You're right though - moms should always go with their gut instinct. I have dealt with a lot of doctors in my daughter's lifetime and one thing I've learned is - just because they're doctors doesn't mean they know everything! Always remember that!

(p.s.) I had a really hard time getting our pink mickey in my siggy; keep playing with it - sometimes all it takes is deleting an unnecessary space somewhere.

Thanks for the help! Hopefully that will work. Yeah, I hear you on the drs. I KNEW it. What ticks me off is I didn't trust myself. So she had a whole month of a peeling bottom, and it looked HORRIBLE! Never seemed to bother her. Kept her in cloth diapers YUCK for a month to help. It was a nightmare. I did finally give up at the end and just spray her off with water and cut out all creams and it got better. They said the rash had probably been healed by the meds. Well, already her bottom is at 80% normal from this morning, so I know I am right about the diaper cream. Isn't that wierd though?

As far as the pink mickey - had the same problem with the shamrock. I click "copy" on my mouse, but when I get over into my signature edit box, I cannot get "paste" as an option. I tried downloading it to my desktop and inserting it as a file and no luck there either. Am I doing it wrong?

Yes, I think you're doing it wrong!

When you go to edit signature, there's a little yellow box along the top - looks like mountains - it's for inserting images. Click on that - a box will come up with a place for you to paste the URL address. See if that does the trick.

Almost showing our dates on the Weather site - how exciting.

How is Florida cool days? I saw 81 high, 61 low. Think I can get by without packing us each a hoodie, or should I do it "in case"? We generally go down to the Gulf each early May and it is always nice in the am. So going to miss that beach trip, but not the "Stop! Don't put that sand in your mouth" that DD would have me doing ALL THE TIME! lol

I read and read and then I run out of time to post! Or I post without reading! I would love to just spend a whole day on the computer! I am trying to do some stuff around here or with the kids so we don't go mad. There is NOT enough time in a day I tell ya but I am doing OK. My Mom still feels lousy. They are treating her for a uterine lining infection TMI but now she thinks she is getting a cold to top it all off! The puppy is OK too. Crazy routine but we are managing. The kids are still driving me nuts but I know it's because we are still inside too much because of this dumb weather!

My Scooba broke though & they won't replace it. Anyone know about this thing? I LOVE IT!!!!!!! Can't live without!!

I have to go to get my Market Day but hopefully I will catch up at some point.

I'm sorry. My neighbor has hardwood floors and LOVES that thing. Something on hers broke too. I think it was the battery. Good luck. It is a remote floor washer. They also make a roomba, which is a vaccum. Both are on my wish list.

I am obsessing over deals. I found that there is discount now for room onlys for the time I am going. I have to call and see if it will reduce my rate. I have the DxDDP so any little bit helps. We missed out on the water park and more offer because we aren't staying long enough.

Keep on checking. I actually got mine reduced 3 times, each for a better deal. In the end, I saved over $300! We did get the water park option and it ended up being cheaper than the plan with just the park hopper. We will be there for 3 nights though. Every so often, I just checked it on the website or if I saw offers I would price my deal out. If I got a better quote I just called them up and told them and they fixed it each time!

I watched Pooh - and I must say so disappointed. Looked really like not much? Is it even worth the wait? Why is that thing a FP attraction????
