As For the Mike issue we have discussed things and agreed to meet w/ a financial planner and to start getting counseling. I know we have only been married a year and a half but I think the 1st 2 years are the worst

He agreed for now. Well see.

I like the matching shirts too. I do see where Kara is coming from splitting up I am sure some of us are going to want to do things other won't want to do.

As Cammie said rainy yucky day I have already been grocery shopping and to Omaha steaks now it is time for a nap!

Well, the girls had another un-eventful weekend with their dad. :

Personally, I think he is projecting. Feeling like he needs to be "more involved" and grasping at straws. I've been down that road, and what he doesn't realize is that Lauren probably realizes it too - and instead of doing something constructive (say - doing something she is into or trying to find out what those things are) he trys to get all restrictive and to that I say - WAPOW! Cammie - knock him a good one right in the kisser! PLEASE!

HAPPY DAY!!! Someone found my Drivers Liscense (DL) at the theatre No visa but I canceled that. just so glad DL didn't leave the theatre, less likely someone used it.

I think there is just a @$10 price jump to go from 3 to 4 days. Depending on what time people got in, you could hit a park for a few hours; then jump over to DTD at night when, hopefully, the rest of us get in. Personally, if it was just me, I'd LOVE to walk around MK by myself and just soak up the sights! Don't know if it'd be worth the extra expense for others just to do that though.!

And - as for you missy - that is a lot of changes for a short time - Having a baby is tough on the marriage, and from what I have heard, that is pretty universal. It strains things a lot. It will get better soon, but I think getting a little help to sort things out will only help the good times get back faster, IMO.

Kara - I'm revamping the canvas again. I am doing a flower boarder now. And squares. I'm crazy like that.

YEP, we are the DDH (designated drink holders), we will hold your drinks while you try to kill yourself on crazy rides. If you want them to be safe, I suggest that you stay away from the tropical drinks. Especially ones with Rum, Vodka, Tequillla or Kahlua.

It's so ironic you mention this because you know what Lauren says during her venting session to me last night? "Why does he care about what I wear? It's not like he shows any interest in anything else I do!" She has a point there.

Does anyone getting Rachel Ray's magazine? Love it. Anyway, she has a drink recipe in there this month called a "Guiness Float". It's a Guiness beer with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, topped with fresh whipped cream and nutmeg!

Kara - Add to the 9/09 shopping list: Guiness beer, vanilla bean ice cream, and ....... oh, the heck with the whipped cream. Let's cut out those unnecessary calories!
