Yes, VERY cheesy video - and quite frankly, the rooms are not that impressive. When I go to Disney, I don't want to stay at a "Hilton" type resort. That's why I don't like the Contemporary - it's not really that contemporary anymore, and it's just a blah room. Doesn't seem to have the Disney spirit or theming. I'm one of those who likes the cheesiness of Disney rooms......

That's EXACTLY how I feel about the Contemp. also! I'm just not feeling the Disney warmth in that place!

(although it does look like it offers some spectacular views!)

They are sending out an email code for free dining. We just got it last week. It saved us another 200 on our trip. We are so super excited. I feel like I can splurge a little now. So I would say 1557 for 8days is super!

holy cats! that's a great deal. I can't wait until i get code.

Hi guys! Thanks for the cheerful words! Today is a better day than yesterday! It was doom and gloom for me yesterday. Today I am even going to cut out a bit early to pick up drinks for our office fridge (and a few groceries that we need at home because I didn't grocery shop this weekend ) on the way home.

Megan's dress is beautiful - a royal blue, halter-style, thin material. I am bad at descriptions, but I will need to post a pic. I am never good at taking the time to do that! My baby is a 36DD! She is a size 14. Her eating habits are awful. I was hoping w/marching that she would lose a little more weight than she has. She is very secure in herself, and is a beautiful girl inside and out, but I think she was feeling discouraged when we were looking at dresses and everything is micro-mini. She said she is going to go the gym w/us. I hope so. I don't ever want her to be sad or feel bad about herself! She rarely ever does, which is odd for any teenager. I think that most of them have self-esteem in insecurity issues. I know that I had some as a teen.

Tammie - I wasn't trying to make you old! 28 years is quite an accomplishment! I was hurrying to get my post done this AM!

Jillian- Yoo hoo on the codes and the good deals you are getting!

Kara - Sorry about your car! I am so excited for you about your trip!! (Did you pack the steamer? ) Seriously - good for you! Can I borrow it??

Cammie - Oh, the fun is just beginning about the clothes. It gets even better! Peeking in the school windows. Now that's a thought.....

Laura - That's exactly why I haven't gotten on the Facebook yet. I know I'll get sucked in eventually.

I'm not sure.... Does Yacht Club offer free internet? I don't want to pay $10/day so I'm not sure if I will log in or not. If I can justify an hour a day of work, my boss will pay it. So I might log in just for fun....

Hiya - just dipping back in ...

Kara + Debbie - have a fabulous time - I'm green with envy - another 2 years I reckon before we can afford it!.....

Cammie - we have LOTS of "dressy casual" dances and disco type things over here - we go for black trousers (straight leg) with a black or bright coloured strappy sequin top on most occasions - DDs reckon they look like "bratz" - I reckon they just look smart - my rules are no low cuts, short skirts, or bellies on display - also, and they HATE me for it, no makeup except for lip gloss - EVER....... no exceptions. They are 6 and 7 and already have STRONG views on their "passion for fashion" ggggrrrrrrr bratz!!!!!!

Still decorating, maybe finished by Christmas, but I'm not going to say which one takes sooo long.

Also have taken on volunteering to help out at school 2 afternoons a week (with a view to becoming a paid teaching assistant if I like it and I can get a job...)First day was Monday - we made tigers out of clay - well that's what they were supposed to look like!!!!!!! They are 5 year olds after all.... though I don't really have an excuse for my lopsided peculiar looking "thing"...It comes to something when it's the kids saying - "oh that looks really interesting" to the grown ups!!!

Got to go work..... so hi to everyone - hope the weather over there hasn't affected anyone too bad..
