Hi girls i am soo very excited, we have 2 yes 2 Disneyland Paris trips coming up and no SIL on either of them that just makes it all soooo much better. First trip is in 2 weeks our half term holiday, then the other one is at the end of August, i am so excited, our first trip is just Me, Cj and my ma and pa but the other one is with my cuz, her hubby and her precious babies

I will save your breath, yes SIL was out of order many times on the holiday but unfortunately just continues to be the same now, i tend to steer clear and not get too involved, after all she is marrying my brother and i love him dearly and she will never change, but i will get back on the TR to at least fill you in on some of the situations hahhahahaha

You girls are so lucky!!! You must be bouncing off the walls waiting for your trips to DLP....and not long to go on the first one. Hope you take lots of pics so we can see what it looks like there! YEAH on the no SIL too!..lol. I don't blame you for steering clear, it does stink when you have to bite your tongue to keep the peace. It just makes you look better than her though. No doubt she'll stick her foot in it soon enough and someone will have had enough and rip her a new one. hahaha! Hope you have a GREAT time on your trips!!

So for some CRAZY reason I'm thinking about making some skirts that they have on the Disboutique thread for DD7 - they are really cute! I just don't know where/when I'll find the time. I just think for the summer they'll be really cute and cheap! Maybe I can make matching skirts for their dolls!!

I think the castle at DLP is so much more elegant then any of the others!!

Sorry no D&B purse here. It amazes me how much money is spent on a purse! I have a friend who won't spend under $500 on a purse and barely uses any of them. I'll keep to my $40 Target backpack!

Tina, I have looked at the clothes on Disboutique and they are lovely. It amazes me what everyone there can come up with. It really does make me wish I learned how to sew. If you make them for the girls or their dolls I would love to see them.

Lisa - I hear you about the Disboutique ladies! They have $5000 embrodiery machines and make amazing outfits w/characters on them! I'm saving my $$ for a cheap $500 one to get by! Did you see the cute skirts on there? I think it would be easy to make but I have to figure out what fabric to use. Did I mention I'm fabric-coordinatingly-blind! Yup, can't figure out what fabrics go together so they don't look tacky! OH well I'll figure it out. Maybe Saturday night I'll run over to Joanne's and put something together. There was a cute black and white Steamboat Mickey dress on there that I think DD10 might like.

The castle at DLP is great, it is Sleeping Beauty's so the dragon is down in the dungeons then up the top they have stained glass windows telling the story of Sleeping Beauty, have to say breathtaking!! Obviously being THE biggest SB fan Cj adores it!!

Oh Tammie - soooooooo much more than breathing!!! You must go, the dragon is an animatronic one on a HUGE scale from what I remember - you stand behind a rail inside the cavern under the castle to look at it - my eldest was scared of it since she thought it was real!!! It lifts and moves it's head - has smoke coming out, opens its eyes, noise, everything is VERY atmospheric!! Can't remember if there's fire too??? My eldest put her head down and ran before I got to look too much.....

If you want to see type dragon disney paris into youtube.... it is rather dark and scary.....
