Disney world emporium? Is that at Disney springs or in a park?

I’ve seen them all over. At Magic Kingdom, at Epcot, at World of Disney. I assume they are the new Flower and Garden ears

Emporium is at the MK. Ask a CM, they can look in their system to see where they are in stock.

World of Disney is at Disney Springs. As per the link shared by PP the ears are definitely there as per a blog post today.
The Emporium is on Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom.
