Looking for best transportaton from POP to MCO Airport

We are arriving on the Sunshine Flyer Express, but due to the early flight from MCO home. Sunshine flight does not offer early pickup. (I so do miss the DME). What recommendation can you give for our return trip, as we already booked Sunshine Flyer for arrival.
