Looking for best times for Parks/Rides

Four years ago I followed all of the advice I received on these boards regarding the best days/times to visit each Park and attractions. It was the BEST thing I ever did! Now, we will be going in the middle of August, and I can't seem to find the touring tips I had before. Any advice on where the best info is, and any recent experiences??? (We are staying on-site at the Beach Club).

The Unofficial Guide by Sehlinger has touring plans which list exactly that information. Although I've never used them myself, I think lots of folks have been pleased with the results.

As far as the best days to visit each park, I always base our plans on the Extra Magic Hour parks. If you're on-site, you'd want to take advantage of that; if not, those would be the parks to avoid on those days.

We just returned from the World. We went over to the Boardwalk and the Beach Club is beautiful. I put it down on my where to stay list for another trip. Some tips about the parks: Go EARLY. Enjoy Extra Magic Hour. Fastpass anything over 30 minutes waiting. We had very light crowds. Waits were no more than 10 minutes on anything. We did fast pass once for Big Thunder Mountain b/c it was a Saturday. The wait was still only 40 minutes. Hope this helps!!!

donna in OZ is correct - the Unofficial Guide has not only the best times to visit each attraction, but complete touring plans for each park. Those plans are designed to minimize your wait in line, and there are different versions for families with young children, older children and teens. For eleven bucks, it's a good deal IMH-possibly biased-O.
