Looking for best deal, points, etc for buying an iPhone 7+

Without a contract, I'm just buying it outright. The sticker shock is killing me. I'd like to find any deals out there to try to soften the blow. So far I see I can shop at the Apple Store through mypoints and get 1 pt per $1. I looked to see if I I could go through mypoints and buy it from Best Buy/target/Walmart and get more points per dollar but Apple products are excluded. Ebates doesn't do anything with the Apple Store and I can't think of any other reward program to try. Anyone know of a way to do this and get a little more benefit from it?

Target and Best Buy may give gift cards with purchase.

Target had a $100 gift card but I'm pretty sure service is required.
