Looking for BCV points for Nov 03

I am looking for 108 points for the Beach Club Villas for this November from 11/20-11/27. I am curious if the points can be transferred into my father-in-laws DVC account? Is that possible? I will gladly rent outright if necessary. I am not interested in any other resort at this time. Thanks!
