Looking for a ' The Doc is in' sign...

My daughter adores Doc Mc Stuffins and she has a very lovely playhouse that my husband built for her.Needles to say she plays toy clinic everyday in there. She keeps telling me that she realy wants a sign for her treehouse that is like Doc Mc Stuffins sign. It would be great if it could have Doc Mc stuffins on it and say on the one side 'Doc Emily is in' and on the other side 'Doc Emily is out'.
Me and my daughter would so greatly appreciate it if one of you wonderful disigners could help us
