Looking for a Mother's Day brunch recommendation

I'm putting together a last minute brunch get together for a bunch of us that will be in Orlando at the same time. Probably inside the parks is out, but at the resorts on property (if they even had availability) or more likely, off site would be best. Would love any and all suggestions. A quieter place would be nice so that we could talk and catch up. Thanks in advance!
