Looking for a Mint Julep recipe

Last week my DW, DD and I went to the Blue Bayou for supper and tried a mint julep for the first time. I have searched through the boards to look for a non-alcohol recipe, but can't find one.....does anyone out there have a recipe that comes close to the one they serve in New Orleans Square?
