I hope this is on the right board...

I am looking for a collapsible 2 qt water container. I remember many years ago, my mom bought us something called "Burples" They were collapsible 2 qt containers that came pre-filled with Kool-Aid powder. You'd just expand them and add water. Our grocery store had the packets of Kool-Aid and Splenda on sale so I stocked up. Now, I am looking for a travelling container to mix it in. We will be a group of 4 adults and 4 kids so the Kool-Aid singles are not a financially prudent option.

If any one knows of where I might be able to find this item, let me know. Our trip isn't until Jan '08, but I have already started "The Box".

OK, I found some collapsible water bottles if anyone else was looking for them. These aren't exactly what I was looking for since they are only 1/2 liter and not 2 qts. I am thinking about ordering them and seeing if my *********** (or whatever brand that is) filters will fit into them. I doubt it, I couldn't get THAT lucky. OMG, I am SOO Dutch

I found the collapsible 2.4L bottle (a little bigger than I need, I know) on the REI.com website so now I can earn MyPoints on it too!

If you want to try and buy them locally you should try anyone who sells camping supplies...Wal Mart, Sears, etc. I've seen these things in camping supply sections a lot. Good luck!

I got the 2.4L a few days ago and, yes, the purewater2go filter fits in it! The bottle rolls up and is about as thick as a roll of quarters and about 6" long. I think it will work great for mixing up a quick batch of Kool Aid in the parks.
