Looking for a Jiko recipe

Hi all-- I looked on Deb's site, but I could not find a recipe for the Bacon-Arugula Tomato Flatbread. Does anyone have the recipe? Thanks!

I don't have the recipe, but I believe if you go to Jiko and ask for the recipe they will give it to you...at least that has been my experience at other restaurants (i.e. at 'Ohana they gave me the wing recipe).

Unfortunately, I won't be at Jiko until mid September , and I was hoping to use the recipe for a nice light meal during the summer. Thanks!

Here's a link for the basic flatbread recipe as well as the Kalamata Olive flatbread. I would think if you used the basic recipe and added the "fixins" you could come pretty close. Hope it works

Thanks-- I was looking at that recipe to see if I could adapt it before I posted here, but I was hoping for the actual recipe. Oh well, I'll probably mess around with this one and see what I come up with. Thanks again!

Hmmm...I wonder if you called the restaurant directly, maybe they would fax it?
