Looking for a good place to stay

Hello new to this forum. Tryinh to convice DH that we should go to Orlando this year. We'll be in Jacksonville in July and I figure if we're in Florida....

Here's the issue, we previously agreed no vacation this year, we just remodled the bathroom and are building a new deck, blah, blah, blah responsible grown-up things

This would be our 5th trip, 3rd with DS4. We stayed off site once, Radisson in Kissimme and it was yucky. Other trips were on site, POR, POP and Double Tree at DTD. I've been lurking around the offsite threads looking for some info.

Here's what I'm looking to do: Stay offsite 7 days, but somewhere nice where DS can have some privacy. He makes us turn off the TV and lights when he's sleepy....

Where would be a good place to stay for about $400??

Well--- I don't think you'll be able to score a suite or anything for that price. So-- the idea of ds having privacy is going to be out of the question. The only thing (and my dh wouldn't go for it) could be to try and score a timeshare invite.....that would be a huge "maybe"-- BUT you might be able to get a condo for that rate w/ the timeshare presentation.

I figure you're looking at the upper $50's per night w/ tax. I'd check sites like www.travelzoo.com for some possible good deals. They just had that Marriott Courtyard deal that would of fit your budget.
