looking for a DISign, I can't find it!!! :(

Hello all,
I've been looking for DISign that can be put on a t-shirt. It has the number of years that a person has visited Disney. I can't find it and I've looked just about in everyone's photobuckets. GREAT STUFF, BTW!!

I think it had mickey ear outlines but not the face part, and it was done various times with different years. Anyone?
