Looking for a Dining Plan punch card

I'd like to request a card as well.

We are on the Disney Dining Plan for 7 days/6 nights. We have 2 adults and 3 children. You can title it: Disneyworld 2010

If possible could I get one for the regular dining plan for 15 nights. Can you do it with a pink minnie border, if not the red minnie border. with Disney World 2012 as the title. 3 adults and 1 child.

Here is your dining card - I believe that wording means you have the regular dining plan (or at least that is what I thought I read online)...

They go by the number of nights you are on the plan. I assumed check out on 10/4 - which is 5 nights. If this is incorrect, let me know.
