They go by the number of nights you are on the plan. I assumed check out on 10/4 - which is 5 nights. If this is incorrect, let me know.

- 2 adults - Title: John & Jane

I am so glad I found this thread. If you have the time, could you please make a card for us? We're on the regular dining plan (1QS, 1TS, 1Snack per day each). We're a family of four (2 Adults/2Children) going for 6 days. We can call it: Thanksgiving Trip 2010.

I created mine in Photoshop Elements. Basically each bit of text is added and moved to suit the number of adults and children. If you can find a card that has your same number of days and adults/children, you could simply put a text box over the existing name with your own.

I am not sure if that answered your question or not. Please know that I would be happy to create yours for you if you wish.

HI Amy,
I am wondering if you can design my punch card. I have two parties.
One for Murphy's family: 2 adults , 2 kids (QSDP)
Another for Erin's family: 2 adults (QSDP)
I will be leaving in 2 weeks.
