Looking for a Dining Plan punch card

These punch cards are great! Do they know about them in the parks? Can you make me 2? I would be very much appreciative.

Could i just change one thing? The Humin card is great,but i'd like to spilt up the other card if i could! Thank you!!! This will make our lives alot less confusing. I haven't been to Disney since 1998 and this is the first time with my kids! We are so thrilled!!
