Looking for a couple of designs

I have been looking at all the wonderful designs for a couple of weeks now. I've seen some really great things. I did see 2 designs and I can't remember where I seem at. 1) will trade brother for fastpass and the 2) Princess Magnet. Can someone help me finds these again.

I have lots of fastpass versions! Try in my Parks directory (but not under a specific park) Also a Princess Magnet around somewhere though others do versions of this too...
