Looking for a cheaper way to do balloons in WDW ...

Ok so my oldest DD is 19 when she was 16 we took her to USF and stayed at the HRH when we arrived my sister sent her a bunch of Balloons and a small cake . It was in the room when we arrived ... Now my middle DD is sweet 16 and I am going to WDW with her and her friends last week in Aug .

Problem is the Disney Floral is so expensive and since it was done for the first one my sister wants to do it again for the middle one . Is there a cheaper place in the area that would send an arrangement to the resort ? We are in the BC/YC . I am thinking that the only way the arrangement could be there when we get there is to do it through WDW ?? Can that be the case ?

Just wondering if anyone had any ideas !! Thanks guys

You could try talking to the Bakery at Boardwalk. I know they do custom cakes and such there. As for balloons, you can ask the front desk what options you have available. I know they do little welcome packages, but I think those are by the florists.

Have you tried contacting outside sources? It could be left with luggage services (they do have a fridge), like a lot of other delivery services do.
