Looking for a Business Logo

I'm asking all you creative folks out there for some help. This is a non-dis logo. I need a logo for my newly started business.

For my business cards I used a swirl design.

I am creative and can probably accomplish this, but I don't know how to do this on the computer (what program to use, etc.)

I am open to any suggestions.
