Looking for 160 Boardwalk Points

Looking to purchase 160 boardwalk points (2 Bedroom standard view) for 2/26 through 3/3/2006. First time DIS users. Not DVC members but frequent disney guest. Looking to take vacation with kids--2,8,11 and grandparents. Total of seven guest. Please advise, any tips would be great.
