Booked the airport hotel and parking so just got to dig the cases out of the attic and throw some clothes around

Hoping to get to the beach but, to be honest, don't really care what we do - 'nothing much' sounds quite tempting

My friend, in Orlando, e-mailed last night so we'll be meeting up with her at some point but, again, I seem to have lost the 'rush' factor that's been in my life the last 6 years - the doc was pretty impressed with my blood pressure this morning...............
