today my mom and sis picked up this little item at an antique show for two bucks. I found the exact one listed here Item # 2137514495 on Ebay. It seems I got a sweet deal.

By the way what is the market price for an item like this.

I wish I could find some old WDW stuff at the tag sales and flea markets around here. Only junk, nothing good.
Old ashtrays make great candle holders but then you would be hiding the design. Maybe if you send it to Nat he can figure out a way to frame it with some pins. Are there any characters that smoked? Peggie

Pete (Goofy's rival) chomps on cigars.
Walt Disney, yes the man himself was a smoker.

I'm sure there are others but I can't think of any at the moment.

Well, I guess I have to start cruising the antique sales...

You know, I am pretty sure I read somewhere that someone found a HM Dangle at a flea market and paid $10 for it! Can you imagine???

The only other smoking character that comes to mind is the Caterpillar from Alice in Wonderland. He sat on the mushroom smoking his Hookah. Might be one or two more but as smoking went out of fashion in the 60's, and with Walt dying from lung cancer as a reslut of his smoking, I doubt too many characters in recent films smoked. Although now that I think of It I think Sykes did in Oliver & Co., 1987. Hmmm may have to research this.
