I booked through AAA I don't have a arcade card or the photo. Should I have one of them?

Isn't there still a free 5 x 7 at the meet and greet at Epcot? We have done this in the apst and have gone more than once druing our trip. Just show your Disney Visa card when you get in the line.

Well, thats true, but why still can some people who booked with a Disney Visa get both and some not? I mean if it is supposed to be an inclusion of all 2009 Magic Your Way packages then why isn't it?

Double check now I was there march 8-15 & I did NOT receive our voucher I asked about it at the hotel he stated I did not quilify for it, but doesn't every MYW plus dining qualify for it? I tried to email Disney when we got back got the run around, we did not get our free 5x7 of choice. I was dissappointed with myself for not double checking before we went. Next time 2011 I will be sure to triple check.

ShellyLynn, if you booked online then yes, you should get the extra 5x7 per disney website. Here is the link to the 2009 package inclusions if YOU BOOKED ONLINE, whether you used DIsney Visa or not. I would print this out and also take the copy of the online booking receipt. Mine states on Page 1 You have successfully booked your walt Disney World vacation online. Mine does not list the free 5x7 either in the inclusions, so I plan to do just as I outlined above when I check in. Of course with the Disney Visa you will also get the extra free 5x7 in epcot at the Meet and Greet for Disney VIsa card holders. Hope this helps. Your fellow Georgian.

I don't recall that being the case.
Not even sure all 2009 MYW packages booked on-line include that, FD or not. I would think the confirmation would list it. And if you think you are entitled to one, but it is not listed, then call and ask what is included with the package you bought and how you get it.

Look at the link above!!! Its states just that. ALL MYW packages booked online! I really think Disney is trying to save some of the money they are losing on these free dining packages. I am sure they will get back to me next week, and I am sure we will go round and round on this issue, its just the principal of the matter to me now. To clearly state something on your website and then to renig on it. They need to be called out on it.

Oh, and I went back and look just at MYW packages without any dining added on to them and I did'nt see anything about being required to book it online with it to get the 5x7. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

Your right about it being a big stink! I just don't understand why they would have it stated that you do get that, then they don't give it to you. And yes, I did book it online, so whats up. I am really just trying to call them out on it more than anything!

I have nothing listed on my reservation as getting anything!? But last year we got the sea racer things and the planet hollywood stuff and booked thru the same #.

Mine doesn't have it this year But it does have a ARCADE PLAY CARD VOUCHER in its place .. which is great because my kids love the disney Arcades...

Mine had this too... do you know how much it's worth?

Ok, I still have'nt gotten a response from Disney about this, which is very strange to me as every single email I have sent to them I have gotten a responce within three or four days. Its been I think a week. So I will email them again about this. I think they may be trying to avoid my question!! If I don't get a response by email I will call them. You know, what I did was I went online and booked two packages one night very late , after 11 pm and the very next morning I called and had the visa free dining code added on, no problem. I just wonder if I did have the free 5x7 certificate in my package when I originally booked and when I added the free dining code they took it away. Oh, well I will never know that.

She said the arcade card is probably worth $5 only. I am not so sure about it though. $5 usually last less than 10 minutes for my kids.

Can you book the Disney Visa offer online? If not then when you called to add the visa free dining you lost the online perks of the 5x7 because you therefore no longer had an online booking

Since you called you dont get the 5x7 unless thats a visa specific perk. And the arcade card is for 30 minutes of play
