That is VERY cool....reminds me of the episode of Laverne & Shirley where they won a shopping spree, but all they got over the finish line was 2 bottles of Bosco (chocolate syrup)!

There also used to be a game show called Supermarke Sweep that I loved and the winner got a spree, but it was to see who could get the most dollar value over the finish line...not for the actual products.

Other than some good meats, I think I would've been stocking up on the household staples. I would buy TONS of laundry detergent (2 of each), fabric sheets, stain removers & toilet paper. I think I spend a fortune on this stuff.....plus it won't go bad.

thanks everyone for watching the video it has been a long tiring day especially my first day back from vacation. No that was real pop I just grabbed something diet on my way back to the meat dept. Yes I did have a strategy I had the aisles written on my hand and I was lucky the 3 aisles that I did hit was all next to each other. My grand total was 365 dollars. The sugar and flour both were 25 pounds each. That is why I went to grab another cart, I had all of the meat plus 100 pounds of flour and sugar so that cart was extremely heavy. On the Frosted mini wheat yes I could have gotten the regular one and the blueberry one, it was 2 of each sku was the rule plus no alcohol, no cigarettes, no gift card and no lottery tickets were the exemption. For the person who put in the link thank you I am glad someone was nice enough to post it. It was funny at work tonight I walked in and the first words I heard was oh my god it was you on tv this morning I thought it was you!!. Now all I have to do is somehow put some extra money away because all of this is taxable income. I am glad I called my wife to come with the kids to watch me. That way she brought her car with her. We both have compact cars and we had both cars pretty loaded on the way home. I hope I answered everyone questions and last to the one poster who was on Supermarket sweep I envy you, I always loved watching that show and it was like a dream today doing this sweep.

Congrats on a great shopping run! How exciting!

When I was 20 years old (many moons ago), I won contest and got a 2 minute record run at a local record store. I scoped it all out ahead of time and ended up with over 50 albums. It was nerve-wracking having everyone watch and cheer, but at the same time, lots of fun.

PS -- MY DH does shop about that fast when he goes into a store.

I wouldv'e hit the baby aisle hard and stocked up on diapers and formula. Whatever I couldn't use would be sold on Craigslist.
