Okay...I expected it....I did not sleep well last night......fell asleep after midnight and woke up at 5 AM.......oh well......TODAY IS THE DAY!

It won't be long before I am sitting down at Citrico's tonight for my 6 hour braised vea shank......what could be better?

i am getting really nervous about the weather my first week february folks i keep looking at the forecast every day and every day there is another picture of nothing but showers !!!! think nothing but ..come on..we gotta get all that yucky weather outta there....nothing but blue skies ahead for us!!!!
