Wednesday 28th September

We have breakfast at pop again this morning and as it’s raining we decide to hang around the resort for a while

We head to the magic kingdom at 2pm we head straight for pirates of the Caribbean but got side-tracked by the jungle cruise! We had a very good guide (can’t remember her name though) then it was on to the POTC I was sure we had not done this ride before but half way round I remembered it.
As we came out I saw that the line was small to see captain hook and mr smee so we did that ds wasn’t sure about hook though
After that we headed for Frontierland and we arrived just as the parade was starting so we stood outside Pecos bills to watch

After the parade we went on SM and BTM. We then headed over to the country bears jamboree! And after that the haunted mansion, dh reminded me that last year the kids wouldn’t ride this but I figured if they can do T of T then they can do this one.

We had an ADR at Crystal palace for 5pm so we went there next; we got a pager again and sat on the balcony listening to the end of cinderellabration. We got seated right on our ADR time, this is our 2nd time at CP for dinner and I have to say I won’t go again. The food was good but the characters were extremely slow to come around in fact I almost gave up on eyeore!

After dinner we headed for fantasyland and rode it’s a small world my favourite ride and philharmagic. We then rode the teacups dd’s idea and got the train at toontown to go back to Frontierland.

Yet again we rode SM and BTM more than once in fact wishes was at 8pm and we watched it from Frontierland (turns out it was a preview of the special hallowishes)

It was evening magic hours tonight and we got our wristbands from the riverboat landing earlier on but I have no idea how long we stayed or what rides we did because its not in my notes for some reason (I guess we stayed fairly late and I forgot to write up my notes) I do know from my photos that we queued to see Arial and that we had a family photo taken with Mickey and Minnie.

Another great day Natalie, glad you liked the Crystal Palace, but it's a shame you had to wait so long for the characters, your photos are fab too

POTC is one of my favourites. It really transports you back to that time very effectively I think. Shame Johnny Depp never turns up though. I keep waiting.

I love the jungle river - I know its cheesy but it reminds me of the old "Disneytime" shows we used to get at Easter and Christmas - why don't we get those any more? I suppose because everyone has videos and DVDs so we are less reliant on cinema and TV for our Disney fix.
