Long-term vacation rentals?

Hey there - not sure where to put this question, so hopefully here works!

Can anyone recommend a good company for long term vacation home rental? We are considering spending the winter/spring in FL.

Probably Orlando Area, but I would definitely take a look elsewhere - want to find the right place if we will be there for 6ish months - good schools are a must as well as we have kids

One thought is to reach out to a realtor. The ones in my area are starting to get more interested in matching renters with properties now that the housing market is slowing a bit. I am curious as to how you will swing school for the kids- do you plan on homeschooling? I have a friend who has a house near me in Atlanta and a house on the beach as well as an RV. They home school, so not being in one place for the school year isn't an issue.

FWIW, I know a few teachers in Florida schools, and in certain areas they often get children attending for short periods because they have a parent doing baseball spring training, so it's not unheard of to deliberately move kids in and out of school for less than a year.
