Long shot-Seattle towncar plus?

Am going to Seattle this summer and thought I would see if anyone had ever used Seattle towncar plus for transportation from the airport to downtown. Their rates seem reasonable, but having never been just wonder if they're reliable? This is kinda budget!

The light rail would be cheaper, depending on exactly where you are going in the downtown area.
