This is probably a long shot but I'm posting anyway....
I've got the Blue Wishblade version 2.20, which everyone knows is not Vista compatible. Tech support on the Xyron website stated that I could operate my Wishblade in Vista if I'd purchase the Create & Cut software, which now has a Vista patch. I was so excited to finally be able to use my machine again that I ordered the software and installed it last night. The software installed correctly with the patch, and it works great, but I can't figure out how to install the Wishblade 2.2 so I can cut out designs from Create & Cut.
Has anyone here had success in making this conversion? I know it's possible, based on Xyron online tech support and other WB users at Xyron's community that have the blue Wishblade and C&C with Vista and are now functioning. I haven't had any luck getting through to tech support, and their online community is pretty slow in responding it seems. From everything I've read online it looks like you have to get the right tech support person, or they'll just tell you that it's impossible. Anyway, I've got posts and emails sent at Xyron, but I thought I'd take advantage of the good ol' DIS, too.
Thanks for reading and for any info you might have!
